Program description

Parnau Insurance Group offers an optional customer-service SMS program to insurance customers who expressly agree to receive messages. Messages concern policy renewals, payment reminders, appointment confirmations, document requests, and insurance service updates. There are no promotional or advertising messages in this program.

Enrollment and consent

Customers may provide express verbal consent to an agency representative after receiving a disclosure of the program's purpose, message frequency, potential carrier charges, and opt-out instructions. The representative documents consent in the customer's record. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on service needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. A final confirmation may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected].

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
